Payments
During the secure checkout in the USD currency, please provide your email and delivery address.
Use the orange “PayPal Checkout” button to pay for your order. You can either:
- use your existing PayPal account for speedier transaction, or
- checkout as a guest using the “Pay with a Card” option.
Enter relevant details, provide any special requests on your order and complete the transaction by clicking the “Pay” button.

Delivery
We are shipping diabetes test strips in the USA with the First-Class Mail standard U.S. Postal Service (USPS). Overall, shipping timeframes are primarily driven by USPS timeframes, as our processing time is kept to a minimum.
Returns and Exchanges
We will be happy to assist you for eligible returns, with a return instructions and the return shipping address. If you need a return or exchange, please send us an email at worrylessdeals@gmail.com, and we will respond to you as soon as possible to discuss the situation and find a mutually agreeable solution (including and up to a replacement).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at worrylessdeals@gmail.com, and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
